Why Philly Subs of all different types of food?
Living in Philadelphia for some time, I was exposed to some of the greatest sandwich shops in the country. We grew up with our inspirations, John's Roast Pork, Philip's Steaks, Pat's and Genos, and Shank's, Primo's, etc..yn's. Additionally, the sandwich ingredients and combinations have been evolving in the sandwich space for the past couple of years in Philadelphia. Subs, Hoagies, Sandwiches,etc... are very affordable to everyone as real people food… memory relation to a true smile maker.
What is unique about your products?
Many food outlets that we have encountered in this market are franchise and chain restaurants that have generic and basic foods based on cost. Our food is based on tradition, taste and pride.
What challenges did you have to overcome at the beginning of your journey?
Finding or replicating ingredients has been challenging to say the least. People don't realize that geographical environments and regional products are extremely challenging. Air, Water, etc.. all affect ingredients such as bread.
What does “hospitality” mean to you?
Hospitality is defined by us as creating
"A welcoming environment that you feel comfortable enough to call our restaurant "Your Place"
What do you want your customers love about your products?
That they can see that we have pride in what we serve - "Pride on the Plate" as we say. Our customers should know that we pay attention to detail and hopefully that reflects on their palate.
